Pastor Robert E. Dawson & First Lady Laverne Dawson are the visionary leaders of the "Stone of Help." Pastor Dawson is the trusted shepherd of FEBC for 30+ years. He is an anointed man of God, dedicated spiritual leader, counselor, motivator, beloved husband and father, mentor and friend. He has distinguished himself as an outstanding pastor, community leader and servant of God who leads by example.
He has served on the Alabama Jail Ministries Board, Crisis Center Suicide Counselor, and is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity all exemplifying the ideals of service to the community.

Associate Minister
Reverend Reginald A. Persons is the present associate minister representing First Ebenezer Baptist Church by magnifying God's spirit and glorifying God's name as they grow spiritually in God's word. As an anointed man of God he serves the Pastor and church in growing the kingdom of God by giving of his time, talent and money. He understands his role as a Christian man and strive to carry out the Pastor's vision for FEBC to be the "stone of help" for the church, world and Graymont community
